Ingredients:
- 12 Medjool Dates
- 2 ½ Tablespoons Nut Butter
- ⅓ Cup Sea Salt Activated Pecans (split)
- ¾ Cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 ½ Teaspoons coconut oil
Instructions:
- Take 3 oz of the Activated Native Texas Pecans and finely chop into small pieces. Set aside.
- Cut a slit in each date and remove the pit
- Fill each date with your favorite nut butter (about ½ teaspoon) and add 2 Activated Native Texas Pecans. Set aside.
- Place the chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave safe dish and microwave in 15 second increments, stirring between each. Repeat until fully melted.
- Using a toothpick or a skewer, dip each date into the melted chocolate until fully covered. Place the chocolate covered date on a parchment lined platter. Sprinkle chopped Activated Native Texas Pecans on top of each date.
- Place the dates in the fridge to allow the chocolate to set.
Keep leftover Activated Pecan “Snickers” in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week!
