Ingredients:

6 hard boiled eggs

2 Tbsp mayo

2 Tbsp (or more to taste) coarse mustard of your choice (sweet & smoky recommended)

2 Tbsp chives, minced

½ tsp kosher salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

⅓ cup Bourbon Activated Native Texas Pecans, chopped
Instructions

Bring 6 eggs to a boil and cook until hard-boiled (approx. 13 minutes)

Slice hard boiled eggs in half and remove yolks to a small bowl.

Add mayo, mustard, chives, salt and pepper, and ¾ of the chopped activated pecans to the yolks and mix together with a fork. Adjust seasonings to taste.

Spoon yolk mixture back into egg whites.

Top with remaining pecan pieces and serve.
