Ingredients

36 (about 1 carton) cherries, halved

¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 ½ tbsp coconut oil

½ cup Bourbon Activated Native Texas Pecans, chopped

Pinch of Maldon Flaky Salt
Instructions

Take your halved cherries and arrange them into squares (you can use 9 cherry halves for a larger bark, or 4 cherry halves for a mini bark)

In a heat safe bowl, add your chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for 30 seconds- stirring halfway or double boil - stirring continuously.

Pour the chocolate over the cherries.

Add the chopped activated pecans and flaky salt.

Immediately freeze for at least 30 minutes.
(Makes 8 large barks and 18 mini barks)
